CrossFit is functional training at it’s best – we incorporate movements that you do every day: picking things up, putting them overhead, pushing and pulling yourself, running, jumping, throwing. We’ll get you into the best shape of your life so you can take on any physical challenge, whether that’s competing at an elite level or keeping up with your kids.

Our monthly membership includes access to any and all of our WOD and ExpressFit Classes as well as Open Gym. All of our classes are in a group setting and led by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. We also have 10 class concession cards and walk-in pricing.

Work Out of the Day. A one-hour group session run by one of our Level 1 CrossFit Trainers. Includes a group warm-up, mobility work, workout explanation and demonstration by a trainer, the workout itself, and a cool down period. Each WOD class on that particular day does the same workout.


All the intensity of a CrossFit workout packed into half the time. A half-hour group session run by one of our Level 1 CrossFit Trainers. Designed for those who like to get their workout in during their lunch hour.

Open Gym

The only time our can come into the gym to do your their thing. Perfect for making up a WOD or working on a skill. One of our Level 1 CrossFit Trainers will be on duty to help you.
